Reading comparisons
Anyone can read our comparisons without an account. We research every value carefully, but software vendors change their pricing and features often, so always confirm important details on the vendor's own site before you buy. The comparisons are information, not professional advice, and we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on them.
Accounts
- Voting (“I use this”) and suggesting changes need an account. You sign in with a business email address on your company's own domain; personal and temporary mailboxes aren't accepted.
- Use your own address, one account per person, and keep access to your inbox secure.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms, without notice.
Votes and suggestions
- Only vote for tools you or your company actually use. Don't vote on behalf of others or in bulk.
- Suggestions must be accurate and in good faith. Vendors and their agencies may suggest corrections, but must say so in the note and must not use multiple accounts.
- An editor reviews every suggestion. We may accept, edit or decline any suggestion, and by sending one you let us use it on the site without payment or credit.
- We may remove votes or suggestions we believe are fake, coordinated or misleading.
Not allowed
- Trying to get around sign-in, rate limits or the business-email rule, or accessing areas not meant for you.
- Scraping the site at a rate that degrades it, or reselling our data.
- Submitting spam, malware links, or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
Links and affiliates
We link to vendors and other sites we don't control. Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
